Contest entry for Bekuki's contest... Full view a must!!!

So Tari last featured on Deviant Art as Kate/Juliet in an ooold Deviation, but in between there she's been in the planning for a few stories, and then a short lived RP where I created her race and homeworld... It may or may not become a full fledged story... As Tari, she is from a race of beings called Kreet (more on that later)

Cecilla is 's character from her story False Paradise... I don't know much about her, but I get the feeling that's she's not quite mature... A little kid maybe...

...Anyway, Tari's world is flat. On one side is the Kreet world, and on the otherside are elves. Elves are powerful, golden beings who are seen as royalty, almost Gods, by the Kreet. The Kreet have far less magic, and they usually specialise it to something (Tari specialises in enchantment- she can enchant the eyepiece to help her aim or to use as something like an infared scanner).

But basically, Cecilla has for some reason shown up in Terra Ora. While she's odd looking for an elf (her hair is brown and her eyes are green rather than both being gold), she's definitely an elf. Terra Ora is slowly becoming a warzone, and however powerful she might be as an elf, it's still not safe for her to be there. So they take the dangerous journey to Incognitus, the centre of the Kreet world and the passing through point where in legends, the elves have said to come and gone from.

As for the picture itself... So many things that are wrong with it. Especially with Cecilla's proportions >> I tried fixing them soooo many times, and while they got a little better, I couldn't fix them for the life of me... I don't think Cecilla wanted to work for me in this image at all! Other than that I have mixed feelings for the thing... I love some parts, and hate others... There's very few grey areas.

But yeah. There we go.
